Real Custard
Ingredients
Milk - 450mls (¾ pint)
Eggs - 2 Beaten
Sugar - 60 grams (2oz)
Vanilla extract - 2 drops
Instructions
Warm milk and vanilla
Beat eggs with the sugar until pale
Carefully mix in the warm milk whisking well.
Return the mixture to the milk pan and whisk constantly over a low heat, until
Slightly thickened and do not allow boiling as eggs will scramble
