Pud 'n' Custard

Ingredients

Demerara sugar crumble mix:
Butter - 2oz
Demerara Sugar - 2oz
Self Raising Flour - 4oz
Mixed Spice or Cinnamon - ΒΌ tsp.
All rubbed together for a chunky crumble mix

Instructions

Lay slices of Mrs Peeks Christmas pudding in a oven proof dish and pour over a raw custard mix [see Real Custard recipe, without the cooking].
Leave to soak until soften.
Sprinkle with Demerara sugar crumble mix and bake until golden brown.
