Can I steam a Mrs Peek's pudding in the traditional way?
Remove outer packaging. DO NOT PIERCE FILM LID. Place the pudding in a saucepan on an upturned saucer or trivet, with enough boiling water to come half way up the pudding basin. Bring the water back up to the boil and cover with a lid and simmer for approximately 1.5 hours. Do not allow the pan to boil dry. Carefully remove pudding from the pan and remove the lid and turn out on to a serving plate. Caution pudding will be HOT.

Can I freeze a Mrs Peeks Pudding?
Yes but you don’t really need to as they have a very long life of at least 2/3 years. The pudding is better the longer you keep it. It matures like a good wine

Does it contain nuts?
The Limited edition pudding does not contain nuts and is made at a nut free site.

I used to enjoy Mrs Peek’s when I was younger how is it different now?
We now use more fruit and fresh ingredients, soft fresh bread crumbs, fresh grated orange and lemon peel, fresh grated carrots, and a dose of brandy after the pudding has been steamed.
