Brandy Butter
Ingredients
Butter - 4oz
Caster Sugar - 4oz
Brandy - 4/5 tablespoons
(Any alcohol may be substituted for Brandy… the choice is yours)
Instructions
Whisk well the softened butter and caster sugar until pale and, smooth.
Beat in the brandy, slowly until well mixed and creamy.
Store in covered pot or jar in the fridge until needed.
